The most fundamental issue in Law of Succession is testamentary dispositions. These dispositions are juridical process that involve orders relevant or nonrelevant to estate assets of individuals in order to give judgment and deduct upon their death. People have their own means to make and realize their decisions in every possible matter while alive. Testamentary dispositions are also very crucial in that they permit will and desires of the individuals to be fulfilled even after they pass away. The inheritor can subject his/her testamentary disposition to certain conditions and charges in accordance with his/her will and desires. The Civil Code expands the areas of these dispositions in a way of granting the authority to the Inheritors to impose conditions and charges. Examining the subject, which is in which circumstances and how those conditions and charges will be valid, has an importance in terms of validity of the testamentary dispositions and rights of the heirs. As the individuals will not be able to decide on the fate of their assets left behind upon their death, the subject of the validity of testamentary dispositions is of great importance. This study will examine what can be the testamentary dispositions made by the Inheritors in addition to what conditions and charges will apply to testamentary dispositions. Moreover, this study will focus on what kind of conditions and charges can invalidate the testamentary dispositions.
