The articles published in the Kirikkale Law Journal (KHM) are digitally archived in LOCKSS. Additionally, the published articles can be accessed without embargo in the institutional archives, subject-based archives, or any other form of archive, ensuring immediate and free access for everyone.
KHM is pleased to announce its archival policy in line with the policy of supporting the dissemination of research results:
KHM allows authors to use the final published version of an article for self-archiving (author’s personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication (publisher’s PDF).
Authors can self-archive their articles in publicly accessible and/or commercially subject-based archives. There is no embargo period, but proper attribution to the published source must be provided, and a link to the journal’s homepage or the article’s DOI should be set.
Authors can download a PDF document of the article. Authors can also share copies of the article with their colleagues without any embargo.
KHM allows access to all versions of the articles (submitted version, accepted version, published version) without an embargo, to be stored in an institutional or other preferred archive by the author.
