“Open Access” refers to online access to publications that are freely available to everyone with a few restrictions related to reuse. Unlimited dissemination of research is particularly important for authors, readers, and funding bodies Kırıkkale Law Journal has signed the Budapest Open Access Initiative. The publisher believes that for Open Access to work effectively, user rights and copyright ownership should be open through licensing.
The articles published in this journal are digitally archived in LOCKSS. The LOCKSS system has permission to collect, preserve, and serve this Archival Unit.
