- Articles are accepted to the journal via e-mail. Articles submitted to the journal should not have been published elsewhere or sent for publication. The fact that the article has been sent to our journal means the commitment (above) of the author in this regard.
- Only one article of an author can be published in each issue.
- If the works are accepted for publication, the authors are deemed to have transferred all their copyrights (including the full text publication in electronic form), and the authors are not paid a separate royalty. Authors must fill in the authorship and copyright transfer form while submitting their work and send it as an attachment to the article.
- In addition, scientific publications that have been edited and / or peer-reviewed in Kırıkkale Law Journal within the scope of open access policies are licensed with “Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-Non-Derivative 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)”.
- All responsibilities that may arise from the opinions put forward in the studies published in Kırıkkale Law Journal belong to the authors. It is mandatory to comply with research and publication ethics in the articles published in our journal.
- Kırıkkale Law Journal follows the “Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors” and “Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers” of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Regarding the documents of COPE, see. https://publicationethics.org
- Articles should be a minimum of 6,000 and a maximum of 10,000 words (including footnotes, excluding bibliography). Presentation and reviews should be at least 1,500 words and at most 2,000 words.
- Authors should provide their titles, institutions they work in, contact addresses, ORCID information, telephone number and e-mail addresses. Author names should be placed under the Turkish and English title and to the right, and an asterisk (*) should be placed at the end of the surname. The title, institution, field, ORCID information and e-mail address of the author should be stated in an asterisked (*) footnote.
- The journal includes articles in Turkish, German and English.
- Articles should include Turkish and English at least 150 and at most 200 words abstract and at most 5 keywords.
- In the preliminary examination phase, the articles are scanned in the plagiarism screening program. Articles exceeding the maximum similarity rate of 15% are returned (excluding bibliographic materials, quotations, and small resources of 1%).
- The works, which are evaluated for the first time by the Editorial Board and found to be incompatible with the publication principles, are returned to the author for correction in line with the publication principles before being sent to the referee. It is sufficient for the writing errors to be found out of the ordinary, not to comply with the scientific criteria, and rejection of the article by the Editorial Board. The manuscripts found suitable in the first evaluation are sent to the referees in accordance with the principles of blind review. Authors are not informed about which referees the work (i.e. article) was sent to. In line with the reports from the referees, it is decided to publish, correct, or reverse the article.
- All Referee Reports are kept for 5 years, allowing them to be audited by ULAKBİM (Turkish Academic Network and Information Center) Legal Database Committee.
- In addition to the works that have been peer-reviewed, the journal also includes articles such as translated articles, decision review, legislation review, and book review. Whether such articles are published or not is decided by the Editorial Board.
